Dalia has always been confident and always has shown leadership skills. She has been a part of Debate, been participating in district work, and also has led many events with organizations she is a part of, but TBC has definitely been one of the most beneficial organizations to her. She has learned more by being a part of TBC than she has with any of her other organizations and extracurriculars combined. Tri-City Band Corps allowed her to do things at a much larger scale. With another organization, she would usually only lead a handful of people, but with TBC she is running a program with hundreds of students. Tri-City Band Corps has given her a much better opportunity to practice leadership skills than any other organization she has tried. In TBC she was also able to be promoted multiple times. TBC gave her so many opportunities and was definitely worth her time. She has definitely enjoyed her time with TBC and I definitely recommend to others that TBC is a great opportunity.
