There are no fees to participate, but donations are appreciated to help keep this program in our community

All equipment will be provided

Colin Apperson

Fremont Site



Colin Apperson, an alumni of Fairfield High School, marched with the San Jose Raiders World guard in 2004 and 2005 before turning to teaching. Colin has worked as a technician, choreographer, and consultant with numerous middle school, high school, and independent programs since 2004 and is the current Colorguard Director at Inderkum High School. Colin also adjudicates for the Northern California Band Association since 2009 and currently serves as the Movement Caption Manager.



Victor Ramos

Victor Ramos is the current Color Guard Director of Franklin High School (Elk Grove, Sacramento) and has assisted other groups from Crystal Middle school (Suisun City), Antioch High School (Antioch), Armijo High school (Fairfield), and many more. Victor started Color Guard when he was a sophomore at Armijo High School (2015-2018) after he graduated he has gotten to perform with InMotion Performance Ensemble 2019 (Fairfield), Santa Clara Vanguard Cadets 2019 (Santa Clara), and Imbue Winter Guard 2020 (Modesto).

Lila Ehling


Executive Director of Auxiliary Programs



Lila Ehling is a junior at Irvington High School. This is their fifth or more year in TBC, and they play color guard. If she won the lottery, Lila would spend it on something for her family like a family vacation or something of their choice and new clothes/jewelry. Lila's biggest pet peeve is people who eat in a messy way. For example, eating with your mouth open, making loud chewing noises. She does not particularly have a favorite pasta shape, but when told to pick one, she would pick fusilli.



Rableen Kaleka


Eternal Regiment Director (Fremont)



Rableen Kaleka is a freshman at University of California - Davis. This is their fifth or more year in TBC, and they play colorguard. If she won the lottery, she would spend it all on student loans because higher education isn’t free. And with any leftover money, she would want to buy a house for her parent or pay for their dream vacation. Her biggest pet peeve is when people talk during movies. Movies should be savored and enjoyed in peace and quiet. She likes any pasta shape as long as it’s served with marinara sauce and some cheese! Or kraft mac-n-cheese is also a great alternative.

About Us





The Tri-City Band Corps Eternal Regiment (Eternum) and Immortal Regiment (Immortalis) winter guards are based in the Bay Area. This program is designed for junior high students as well as students who attend high schools without their winter guard programs. We are extremely excited to have such a strong team of instructors to work with our members. Our program will be competing in the CCGC circuit.
