2023-2024 Quarter 1 Newsletter

Hello, TBC Members! This issue of our newsletter wraps up this past quarter and introduces our upcoming events. We would like to thank all of our wonderful members and parents for their participation and tremendous support towards our organization.

Fall Pasta Feed

Our Fall Pasta Feed was on Sunday, November 12, from 5 to 9 PM at the Centerville Community Center. We offered pasta, salads, garlic bread, mac and cheese cake, boba, and more, and are thankful for everyone who joined us for Tri-City Band Corps’ Annual Fall Pasta Feed! This event helps us fund our various music programs throughout the year, buy new equipment, pay for transportation, and much more!

Hastati Regiment

TBC’s Elementary Band Program has got off to a great start with over 500 students in our program! Our Summer 2023 Elementary Band Concert occurred on July 29, and we were very impressed with the performances coming from all groups. Our Elementary Band will be performing at the Niles Festival of Lights Parade on November 25th and we hope you can come to cheer us on! As the year progresses, we cannot wait to see the progress our students will make. More information about our program can be found on our website here.

Cadet Regiment

The Cadet Regiment program is our junior high marching band program. They recently competed at the Newark Days Parade. The Cadet Regiment will also be performing at the Niles Festival of Lights and the Pleasanton Holiday Parade on December 2nd. After the parade, our winter programs start: Winter Percussion, Winter Guard, and Winter Drum Major. Hope to see you there!

Fremont Festival of Arts Fundraiser

On August 5th and 6th, Tri-City Band Corps hosted a booth at the annual Fremont Festival of Arts. We sold shaved ice with a variety of flavor choices and are glad to see many people supporting our programs! Thank you for our support! Hope to see you there next year!

TBC International Trip

Tri-City Band Corps will be going on an international trip to London and performing in the London New Year’s Parade in 2024! Rehearsals are now underway! Hope to see you there!
