My daughter, Sanchana, has been associated with TBC for almost 2 years now. She initially joined as a member of the Cadet regiment and moved to the Royals program. As she entered high school, she also got an officer position as a junior officer for the Tech department. There, she learned several technical skills, such as building websites and using customer database platforms. She performed well and fulfilled her duties, which helped her move up to Chief of the department, where she got new management experience. Kudos to the TBC Exec team and Mr. Harrison Cheng, without whom this growth in her personal development could not have happened.
TBC trusted her strength and capabilities, making her Chief Financial Officer this year. As part of her new role, she has successfully handled a huge fundraiser as well as TBC's sales and rentals.
Additionally, Sanchana has been a Teaching Assistant at TBC's elementary and middle school programs, which proved to be worthwhile, as she has had fun tutoring students and making bonds with them.
To conclude, TBC has been a tremendous learning opportunity for Sanchana, and I have no doubt that the organization will provide more learning opportunities for her throughout her high school career.
