Sanjana Noolu

Chief Medical Officer 24-25

When I first joined TBC, I had no idea how much it would shape my high school experience. At the time, I was just looking for a way to get involved, to be part of something bigger. But what I found was so much more than I expected—TBC became a space where I felt heard, supported, and empowered. Every project we worked on wasn’t just about planning events—it was about making a real impact. Whether we were organizing student workdays, amplifying voices that often go unheard, or brainstorming late into the evening to bring an idea to life, it always felt like we were doing something that mattered. And it wasn’t just the work that stood out—it was the people. The sense of community, the way everyone lifts each other up, and the genuine kindness I’ve felt from day one—it’s rare, and it’s real. TBC taught me how to lead, but also how to listen. It taught me that passion and action go hand in hand, and that even as students, we have the power to create lasting change. It helped me find my voice—and just as importantly, gave me the courage to use it. I’ve grown so much, not just as a student, but as a person. And I know I’ll carry the lessons I’ve learned here with me long after high school ends. To anyone thinking about joining: do it. TBC isn’t just a club. It’s a movement, a family, and a place where you can truly become the best version of yourself.
