SUMMER REGISTRATION NOW OPEN





For: 4th - 8th graders from all schools.

Program Dates:

Starting: Tuesday, June 15th, 2021

Ending: Saturday, August 7th, 2021

Levels Offered:

  • Beginning:
    • No Prior Experience Needed
    • Equipment: Flag (5.5 foot long)
    • Dance
  • Intermediate:
    • Prior Experience Needed (Must be able to toss a single and/or returning member)
    • Equipment: Rifle
    • Dance

Curriculum:

  • Weekly Video Lessons - Weekly 1:1 or 2:1 Lessons with a TA
  • Google Classroom Assignments
  • NEW Weekly Class Meetings (2 Days per Week) - Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7 pm

Cost: FREE (donations appreciated)

Are you interested in teaching kids guards?

Do you need service hours, but can’t leave your house?

Tri-City Band Corps presents Eternal Regiment Teaching Assistants (TAs)!

Program Dates:

  • Starting: Tuesday, June 15th, 2021
  • Ending: Saturday, August 7th, 2021

Time: Volunteers can coordinate with their students to customize their meeting times and video call platforms.

Service Hours: TAs will warn 1.5 hours per lesson per week (1 hour for meeting with the student, 0.5 hours for emails and providing written feedback)

Vivian Lam



Eternal Regiment Director



Vivian Lam is a senior at Mission San Jose High School. Vivian joined guard since 7th grade. A hobby Vivian enjoys is calligraphy. She enjoys practicing her calligraphy on her instagram account and writing cards for a non-profit. She also enjoys skateboarding. Vivian started skateboarding since last year. Another hobby Vivian enjoys is guard. Since 7th grade, Vivian has enjoyed color guard and winter guard during her free time.



Jenny Hunter



Instructor 2020-2021



Jenny has over 20 years of experience marching, both in band and color guard, from A-class high school to gold medals in WGI. She has over 18 years of experience teaching from middle school to college and world class drum corps and winter guards.



Sydney Bailey



Color Guard Captain



Sydney Bailey is a junior at Mission San Jose High School. She joined guard freshman year, and has been a member for two years. Sydney has been a part of TBC for about 2 years now. Sydney spends a lot of time on color guard. She also enjoy painting, and drawing, and recently started to try digital art which she finds fun.



Feliza Alipio Jocson



Sr. Assistant Color Guard Captain - Rifles



Feliza Alipio Jocson is a senior at American High School. She started playing clarinet in 6th grade and still plays it in AHS’s symphonic band, but she joined winter guard her freshman year and has been in it since. This will be her first year in TBC, and she looks forward to being a part of this amazing community! Other than playing clarinet and spinning rifle, Feliza enjoys painting, baking, and learning new things.



Lilian Tijoe



Assistant Color Guard Captain - Flags



Lilian Tjioe (who mostly goes by Lily) is a junior at American High. She started winter guard her freshmen year at American High School and made the rewarding decision to join color guard parade during the fall season. Lily has been with TBC for about one month. Most of Lily’s hobbies surround art and creativity. She enjoys drawing, painting, and especially makeup because there are no boundaries to what she can create. Lily also recently got into biking around Fremont with her friends to get lost and discover new places.

Tiffany Ko



Instructor 2016-2018



Tiffany Ko started color guard at Mission San Jose High School where she won multiple 1st place finishes during her 4 years. In college Tiffany was on her school dance team at Johns Hopkins University and even appeared in a music video as a dancer. Tiffany is glad to be able to participate in winter guard once again!



Kiley Billock



Caption Manager 2017



Kiley started marching in high school, before joining the Spirit of Windsor winterguard from Windsor, Canada and subsequently with Glassmen Drum and Bugle Corps. She has over 20 years of teaching experience at Athens HS, Chippewa Valley HS, Grand Blanc HS, and Flushing HS. In 2005 Kiley started to march with Lakeshoremen Senior Drum and Bugle Corps, and in 2009 Kilties Senior Drum and Bugle Corps.



Ben Wilkinson



Instructor 2020-2021



Ben has been coaching, designing, and consulting for attention-grabbing, award-winning shows for numerous schools and independent programs for the last 15 years. His instructing experience include: Benicia, Fremont, Vanden, Archbishop Riordan, Franklin, John Swett, “…of essence”, and San Mateo.



Jessica Toro



Caption Manager 2018



Jessica Toro is the Color Guard Caption Manager at Irvington High School in Fremont, CA. She started color guard when she was a student at Irvington and has continued with her passion for guard ever since!

About Us





The Tri-City Band Corps is proud to announce the Eternal Regiment, an Independent Regional A winter guard based in the Bay Area. This program is designed for junior high students as well as students who attend high schools without their own winter guard programs. We are extremely excited to have such a strong team of instructors to work with our members. Our program will be competing in the CCGC circuit and performing in exhibition at NCBA.
