Parent Volunteer Instructions





Tri City thanks all of the parents for their hard work and time. For any parents volunteering at Levi's Stadium via TBC, please look at these instructions to be prepared.



Step 1:



- Click the link titled “25-26 Parent Volunteer Sheet.”


- Choose a time slot and complete all the required information on the sheet.




Step 2:



- To volunteer at Levi's Stadium, you must complete training. The training costs $15. Click the provided **link** to watch the training videos.


- When you click the link, you'll need to enter your information. Be sure the details match exactly with what you entered on the volunteer sheet.


- When entering your name, use the Parent Name. For the Group/Company, enter Tri City Band Corps.


- There are several training videos and you must watch all of them. It will take about 4 to 5 hours to complete the training.


- After finishing the videos, you’ll need to obtain an Alcohol and Beverage License, which costs $2.50.


- You can use a provided form to apply for a discount on the license.


- If you already hold a valid state-recognized alcohol certification, you do not need to purchase another license. However, you must email TBC at tricitybandcorps.org with proof that you have a valid license.


Note: One Levi's Stadium shift = 2 TBC shifts. So, doing 2 shifts at Levi’s Stadium will count as completing the required 4 total shifts.



Step 3:



- After completing your training and receiving your Alcohol and Beverage License, email TBC at tricitybandcorps.org

Note:


You only need to complete the training once — not every time you volunteer at Levi’s Stadium.

- You need to have non slip work shoes (This is a requirement of Levi's Stadium)
