Ishaan Goyal

2025-2026 Chief Technology Officer
School: Irvington High School

I first started my journey with TBC during 4th grade, for their online music classes during covid, and ever since then, I’ve continued my passion for music with TBC. My music journey started with TBC, and if it weren’t for TBC’s music program, I may have never taken up an instrument. As an elementary school kid, it always amazed me to see how teenagers could run such big programs on their own, so when I got the chance to apply for an officer position, I didn’t hesitate in signing up. Being a technology officer was one of the best choices I ever made because not only is it a good extracurricular, but also its a really rewarding, fun, and enriching experience. I learned many new things that I’ve always wanted to try, but never actually took up. One of these things include editing the website, which I find really fun because it is something that people actually use to sign up for programs. The main reason I joined TBC was to give back to the program that started my love for music. Another really cool thing about being a technology officer is that I can send out mass emails, which are emails that are sent to thousands of people, and I just find the technology behind using Salesforce really cool, and its also a great way to increase your skillset. Another thing TBC taught me was how to work in a team, as in TBC we are constantly working together for multiple years. I have also made many new friends in TBC and this is one of the most memorable experiences of high school for me. TBC’s programs are also very fun, specifically the Royals Regiment, because overall its a really fun program, and I made a lot of friends in this program. The places where we perform are also really fun to go with your friends. Overall, TBC has been a great journey in which I’ve learned a lot of new things and had a lot of fun as well!
