At TBC, I learned how to be super organized and learned how to plan for an international trip. I applied the skills when starting my own clubs in college.
I recommend everyone to do something to help the organization! You can write your experience in your college apps. But it wouldn't sound as good if you were just a "participant" as it would if you had helped in the specific way.
