My son Aaron has improved a lot since he joined TBC. It is clear how he is more organized and on top of things. It also shows through his grades, which have been going up ever since he joined TBC. Through teaching elementary students, he has learned a lot about managing time and classes, and has met some students that have some amazing talent! His upperclassmen in TBC are also great, as they have taught him a lot about high school and how to do well. He has told me a lot about how supportive his upperclassmen are, and how they forgive him even if he makes mistakes, but makes sure he learns from them. He hasn’t had a chance to attend any of TBC’s parades yet because of the pandemic, but he is looking forward to play as that will be his first experience in a marching band. TBC has given him a lot of opportunities, as it is a student run non-profit organization. Aaron earns volunteer hours from teaching elementary students, and says it is fun and a great way to get volunteer hours. Through his experience at TBC, I would say it is clear that he has grown a lot from before he joined. Thank you TBC for helping Aaron learn and giving him opportunities he never would have gotten anywhere else.
