Matching Gifts

Hundreds of employers offer a Matching Gifts program as one of their employment benefits. This is a great way to double the effect of your donation.   This generally works as follows:
  1. Employee makes a contribution to a registered 501(c)3 charity organization.
  2. Non-profit organization provides a tax receipt for the donation
  3. Employee provides the details of their donation to their company.
  4. Company submits the donation to their verification company which will reach out to TBC to confirm the donation. Once done, they will mail out a check equal to the employee contribution.
